We change the automatic patterns behind worry, tension and rumination — and practise techniques that hold up in everyday life.
We clarify triggers, habits and previous attempts — and develop a focused, transparent plan.
We calm the mental carousel and rebuild the connection between bed and rest.
Emotional eating, cravings, motivation — we work on the triggers, not on bans and diet plans.
02 — Method
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention — comparable to being absorbed in a book, or a long look out over the water. In this state, automatic patterns are easier to change than in everyday mode.
I combine hypnosis with selected cognitive-behavioural techniques. You remain awake, responsive and in control throughout.
How to recognise a serious practice
„Under hypnosis you have no will of your own.“
In fact: You stay awake, aware and able to speak. Suggestions only work when they align with what you yourself want.
„Hypnosis is sleep — or a stage show.“
In fact: Clinical hypnosis is closer to guided deep concentration. What happens on stage is entertainment with hand-picked volunteers.
„It only works on the gullible.“
In fact: Hypnotic responsiveness has nothing to do with intelligence or willpower — most people reach a perfectly workable state.

Not a procedure you simply endure — a plan we set together and keep reviewing as we go.

Structured sessions combine hypnosis with selected cognitive-behavioural techniques. We adapt approach and pace to your progress.

You receive personal audio recordings and self-hypnosis techniques, so you can keep using what you have learned on your own.

Good to know: Hypnotherapy is a self-pay service — health insurers and medical aids generally don't cover it. You will of course receive an invoice. Prices are in euros; sessions are held in English or German.
For stop-smoking I usually recommend the extended single session (90 min, €180). Packages are valid for 12 months and transferable between focus areas.
05 — About me
I came to hypnosis as a client: it carried me through a phase where good advice and willpower alone were no longer enough. Afterwards I changed careers, completed my training — and opened my practice on Germany's Baltic coast. Today I also work from Cape Town, in English and German.
My practice is young, and I say that openly. For you it means: an uncrowded calendar, enough time for questions, and my full attention in every session.
I'm just as open about limits: if I'm not convinced I can help, I'll say so in the intro call — and refer you to medical or psychotherapeutic colleagues.

No. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, not unconsciousness. You hear everything, can open your eyes at any time, and nobody can make you act against your values. Stage hypnosis is entertainment — here we work clinically.
